  Founder, Doberman Capital

  Hartej Singh Sawhney founded Doberman Capital and leads it. He co-founded KYI Labs, a defense autonomy company that builds software for unmanned systems. He chairs Zokyo, a cybersecurity firm for digital-asset infrastructure. Earlier he co-founded Hosho, an early blockchain security company whose audit data became underwriting signal for Lloyd's of London.

• Andrew Zubko

  Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer

  Andrew Zubko co-founded the operating company and runs its technical work. He builds and operates the systems that prepare data for license: inventory, de-identification, quality control and delivery. He writes the provenance record and transformation log that ship with every dataset. He is responsible for every dataset that leaves the operating company.

• Marina Galchenko

  Head of Operations, Doberman Capital

  Marina Galchenko runs operations for Doberman Capital and its operating businesses. She manages counsel, administrators and banking relationships. She keeps every agreement documented and on schedule. Once a conversation with an owner moves to paper, she is the point of contact.
