How we work
Six principles. They govern every agreement our operating businesses sign.
-
Rights before access
Having data is not the right to license it. We confirm rights in writing before any record moves.
-
Confidentiality is the product
Owner identity, location and commercial detail are never disclosed to a buyer without the owner's written consent.
-
De-identified by default
Personal and commercially sensitive information is detected, removed or replaced before any sample leaves the owner's control, with human review of edge cases.
-
Provenance you can audit
Every dataset ships with its source systems, transformation log and de-identification report.
-
One counterparty
Buyers and owners each contract with a single US operating company. The holding company is not a party to data agreements.
-
No promises about data we have not validated
We say what we have confirmed and nothing more.
